Photo shoot!

Yesterday my cute friend Heather Tanner did my hair. Afterwards we decided to take some pictures for fun! Don't mind the workout clothes... this was totally spur of the moment! They turned out awesome, thanks to my talented BFF. :)

Barefoot Contessa became my BFF when I was living in Sioux Falls, South Dakota last summer (worst place on earth). I was in my first trimester and so so sick. I stayed in bed all day watching the food network, craving everything I saw. I don't know why all of the food I had made me sick but all of the food I saw on TV sounded delightful.

I refer to her as "barefoot" and I just love her! She is so sweet and her recipes always look so good and easy. I watch her almost everyday and if I miss her, I have a DVR full of her. However, I must confess that I have only tried a handful of her recipes. I don't have a dishwasher and making huge meals stresses me out. So, if you don't already love her, turn her on and make a new friend!

my little bug...

My mom and dad are moving back from Grand Cayman, I am so excited to have them back! Tonight we found a costume box and I couldn't resist playing dress up with my baby gray, even though he is a boy! We call him buggy, bugs, buggy boo, etc.... I thought this was a perfect pic to capture that name. His smile is perfect, that dimple is to die for! He smiles and strikes a pose whenever I turn on the camera. I am so obsessed with him... aren't you?

Tuesday thoughts:

I wish I was more of a blogger.

I wish I had a great camera, mac computer, and knew anything about editing.

I get this weird jealous feeling when look at blogs, for various reasons.

I miss my husband who is currently in NYC working.

I sold our Dave Matthews tickets at the last second for 70 dollars even though they were free.

I hate eating cake and ice cream with a fork, a spoon allows you to get every last bite.

I've never been much of a soda drinker but I've been having a Dr. Pepper craze out of nowhere!

I watch Good Things Utah almost every morning.

Two Years...

Happy Anniversary husbie wusbie!!! Wow, a lot has happened in two short years of marriage... we both graduated and we have a baby! I love you bobby boy and thanks for the amazing date at La Caille! The bottom pic is of us there celebrating, the first three are the only pics from our wedding day that were on our computer. It was such a perfect day when we were married and it has been that way ever since! I love our life together and can't wait to see what the next year has in store for us!
